Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were parked right outside, which cost an extra £2 per night, and the reception service was not up to par. The stay felt expensive for what was received, although the room itself was excellent with the added bonus of a kitchen.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but they felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance issues, like the curtain hanging off the rail, were noticeable. However, the location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center, and the dining options were satisfactory, with excellent coffee to kick start the day.
The hotel rooms are equipped with a mini-kitchen which is brilliant, but our room was not as advertised on the booking site. The location is close to the river but a bit too dark during the day. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful, even offering a drink upon arrival. The location is walking distance to most restaurants and activities, providing a peaceful stay while being conveniently close to the city center. The dining experience was okay with plentiful and delicious options, although the setting can be a bit cramped with reception, bar, and restaurant combined.
The hotel provided a comfortable and spacious room with a little kitchenette for late-night snacks. I loved the equipment in the room and the exceptional coffee at the cafe. However, the lack of lift access to the room was a downside.
