The room included a comfortable sofa and tea, coffee facilities. it was very handy to have these available. the location near the westgate shopping centre was great, it made shopping easy. the ice rink nearby offered additional entertainment. We went there one night.
the hotel's parking facilities were a little limited.

the staff was attentive and helpful. the room was super clean, and i really appreciated the well-kept facilities. the location was also super convenient.
the only slight inconvenience i encountered was the limited parking space. it was a bit challenging to find a spot at times. this issue made it a little stressful when returning to the hotel after a day out.

I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the main attractions. My room had its own fridge, also complimentary drinks. That was great! The shower worked well. there was plenty of wardrobe space. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wide selection.
The parking situation could be better, though I managed to find a spot eventually.

I really enjoyed my time. the breakfast was amazing!!! there were many choices available, i loved the variety. the staff proved helpful. They answered every question quickly. i would stay here again.
The room needed a little tlc. the shower curtain was too short. It caused the bathroom floor to flood. this issue should be addressed to prevent damage.
